We are committed to providing web design and related digital services in a timely manner, in accordance with the mutually confirmed scope of service and project requirements.

Once the client has completed payment and submitted the basic materials required to initiate the project, we typically begin work within 1–3 business days and schedule design tasks based on the specific service content.

For standard web design projects, the initial design or delivery of key pages is expected to be completed within 5–10 business days. Actual timelines may vary depending on the website scale, number of pages, design complexity, and client requirements.

Projects involving multiple pages, custom visual concepts, or complex functional requirements may require a longer completion time. The actual project timeline is determined by the order confirmation or mutual agreement between the parties.

Upon receiving the design proposal, the client may submit adjustment requests within the scope of revisions included in the purchased service. We will proceed with optimizations upon receipt of comprehensive feedback and provide updated versions within a reasonable timeframe.

Project delivery times may be extended accordingly if the client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or confirmations in a timely manner.

To ensure the project proceeds according to schedule, the client must promptly provide necessary text, images, logos, brand assets, and other information required for the design. Delays caused by missing materials, delayed feedback, or significant changes in requirements will not be considered a delay in delivery by the service provider.

Completed designs may be delivered via the website backend, electronic files, online previews, or other digital methods confirmed by both parties. The specific delivery format depends on the purchased service package.

Delivery timelines may be subject to change due to technical malfunctions, third-party platform issues, network outages, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the service provider’s reasonable control. We will inform the client of such situations in a timely manner whenever reasonably possible.

The service is deemed complete once the design content within the agreed scope has been finalized and delivered via the mutually confirmed method. Any subsequent additions of pages, extra revisions, or work falling outside the original order scope may be arranged separately based on actual needs.
