- Requirement Confirmation
Upon order confirmation, we organize the project requirements, content, imagery, and other materials provided by the client to establish the design direction. This initial confirmation phase typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Web Design
Once requirements are confirmed, the project moves into the formal design phase. Depending on complexity, a standard web design project typically takes 3–7 business days. Projects involving multiple pages, complex layouts, or extensive customization may require additional time.
- Revisions and Adjustments
After the initial design is complete, clients may request revisions within the scope of the purchased service. We will make appropriate adjustments to page layout, typography, image placement, and visual style based on feedback. The revision phase generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on the volume and complexity of the requested changes.
- Final Delivery
Upon completion of the design and agreed-upon adjustments, we review the final deliverables and hand them over in the format specified in the service agreement. Generally, a complete project is expected to be finished within 5–12 business days from the time all materials are received and work officially begins.
- Factors Affecting Delivery Time
The timeframes above are estimates based on standard conditions and do not constitute a guaranteed fixed deadline. Project schedules may be affected by the following:
Failure by the client to provide necessary text, images, or branding materials in a timely manner;
Significant changes to project requirements during execution;
Requests for additional pages or features outside the original scope of service;
Extensive revision requests or the need for multiple rounds of adjustments;
Delays involving third-party platforms, website systems, or technical environments;
Public holidays, technical maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Should the schedule change due to the above factors, we will adjust the delivery timeline accordingly.
- Client Cooperation
To ensure the project is completed on schedule, clients should provide accurate and complete materials promptly and review/provide feedback on design deliverables in a timely manner. Delays caused by late submission of materials or delayed client feedback are not included in the standard design timeline. We advance every web design project using a clear workflow, a reasonable schedule, and continuous communication, ensuring that the final deliverables align with the agreed-upon scope of services.
